Please follow the below procedures:

• Products must be in the condition in which you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.

•No returns accepted on electrical parts.
• If Products are damaged or not in Original Box, a refund will not be applied.
• If Product is returned not due to being the wrong part that we shipped and or damaged by shipping company, there will be a 15% restocking fee.
• Bindings must be returned in a second box besides the Binding box. A 15% restocking fee will be incurred if this criterion is not met.
• Contact us for a Return Authorization number.
• No refunds or exchanges without a valid RMA#.
• Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
• For warranty repair, please go directly to the manufacturer. Customer will be responsible for all shipping costs.
• Upon inspection of returned product, NPWAKE , at its discretion, will issue a full or partial refund less the original shipping charges.
